Extreme makeover in 7 weeks



I met Mia at a gym in midtown New York in summer 2003. She came to me seeking help to lose weight. I proceeded to make a fitness assessment with Mia to determine what would be the best program for her body and her lifestyle.

Her stats were:
Bodyweight: 160 lbs
Bodyfat: 36.5%
Fitness Level: Low (no workout/exercise)
Flexibility: Very Poor

Even though this woman was in very bad shape, she was dedicated to make a real change in her lifestyle.
During the first consultation, I tell all of my clients: if you are not disciplined and you do not listen to me, you're not going to get results.
I had no problem with Mia. Mia took training with me very seriously, and she followed my training and nutrition program religiously. After 7 weeks I made a bodyfat assessment with her and her bodyfat had dropped to 15 percent.

Her stats were now:
Bodyweight: 140 lbs
Bodyfat: 15%

She dropped 20 lbs and started to look and feel much better. Mia reached her ideal look before end of Summer 2003. She continued to train with me after she reached her goal, because she wanted to look even better and keep her results. I am very happy for her, she began to have more dates with men, going to the beach, enjoying life.... She is now a completely new person. Now her biggest problem is balancing her dating schedule with her workout schedule!
