Why busy New Yorkers experience weight gain

Average New Yorker is working too much lacking the needed sleep, having no the time for relaxation and no time for healthy eating. Most people are dependable on restaurants where the food quality is given in hands of restaurant owners.

Restaurant foods consist of highly refined, processed meats, fruits and vegetables, whose shelf life is measured in months and years. Food is full in chemical herbicides and pesticides, lacking organic approach to food farming.

Many people do not know that “fresh” foods  they eat is preserved using chemicals. Basically we eat chemicals, pesticides and other food preservatives that affect our health. We are too busy working, stressed out that we are lucky if we get to eat something healthy.

And most of people do not know that “fresh and healthy” food is loaded with chemicals and food additives that makes them sick and lead to weight gain. Imagine now your tired body is fueled with unhealthy food choices loaded with chemicals. Your body is tired from busy modern life  in NYC and instead to nourish the body with healthy nutrition, man is loading foods in the body full of foods rich in chemicals.

Now the tired  body is lacking exercise and healthy nutrition is under constant stress that leads to detoriation in health and well being.
