CrossFit is a strength and conditioning combining weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training It is more like bootcam style between weightlifting and many other sports arts. Nothing new on the market just a combination of many sports arts. Most gyms offers the same bootcamp style classes.
