Leave your work on time

Get out of the office and make yourself priority or you will never be able to get ahead in life. Your health is more important than anything else.

Sleep well

After training you need a good sleep. Make yourself go earlier in bed at least 30 minutes as usual and let your body recover and fat melt.

Kill the cardio workout forever

Most guys hate cardio. It is boring as hell. Find something you like to do, like playing soccer, swimming or other sports. You will be more engaged and you wont see it as cardiovascular workout but fun.

Find the coach to help you out

If you get stuck in your progress in fitness training and you see no definition, hire a trainer to help you overcome your weaknesses and bring out the strengths and best in you out.

Have a passion about sports and your body

If you see fitness training as hurdle or pain you will never succeed. See it as challenge against yourself and your body fat. Go do some damage and win the fight. Without the real goal the fight for the hard body can not be won.

Use the nutrition as your secret power

Nutrition you intake every day will make you or break you. Find the nutrition plan that will work for your body definition and not against you. Bring nutrition in synergy with your training goals to achieve the best body possible. Learn to eat foods you love and you do not know about so much. Experiment with new recipes and find again passion for healthy eating.

Science based workout

Base your training program on the science that will produce maximum results in minimum time. Training is the science and take it seriously. Otherwise you will be stuck in the gym for years trying to get some definitions.
