Most people never reach their fitness goals because they hide in private quarters while they train. That is road to failure. If you want to get in shape and lose fat, show your fat to the world. That is how you overcome every obstacle in fitness. Otherwise you really do not exist. You need to get around the people in the gym who workout on the same goal. Showing some extra pounds is actually cute. Do not hide it. Soon they will be gone!

You actually never fail, only when you give up. Failure is caused when you stop caring anymore. And that is the problem of all problems.
Diet is your friend and not your enemy
Eating healthy is your friend, it does good to your body. Many people get bored with healthy foods after 1 week. You got to change your mentality. It is boredom only in your head.
Workout harder. Not smarter.
Some people get into all those yogi and new age thinking about new workout regimen and all those endless theories about new approach to working out. They would rather sit down in hot yoga room for 90 min than spend 30 minutes working hard in the gym. That is waste of time and energy.
Champions do not try to be smart, they apply what works. And that is smart. Leave your Voodoo Fitness Theories at home and get to the gym.
The truth is you are smart when you get results.
