I asked my women clients what they would recommend to other girls to lose weight. Here is what they tell me:

Do not try to score early, focus on great picture, focus on results
Many girls lose patience within the first week of losing weight. Ignore first two weeks, know that results from training are coming.

Set reward points

If you have nothing to look forward to, you won’t be motivated to succeed. Set rewards for every 5 lbs you lose. That way you get excited every time you lose extra weight you accumulated. It works!

Focus on health, not on look
Set your eyes on improving your life, to increase your fitness skills and performance, enhance your potential in training and leave your dream. The great look always follows healthy perspective.

Motivate yourself daily
It is easy to fall in depression trap and do nothing, stay at home and avoid gym training. Check the video of how we did it

Healthy positive vision brings success in fitness. Excuses and avoidance always cause us to put few extra pounds. Organize yourself with positive fit people who know how to get you out of your negative thinking. Focus on results and avoid negativity at any cost.
