Same workout all the time

Your body gets used to the same thing over and over again and it does not respond to the same old thing. Thus there is no change in body composition due to the same old boring training routine that keeps you demotivated and out of the gym.

Lack of customization of the training program

Each body is unique and different. What works for one person will not necessary work for you. Many people copy the workouts of the famous celebrities and hope to get the same results but the fact is that everyone is unique and deserve the different attention and the way of the training to reach the fitness goal. There is no one single formula for the whole humanity. We are all unique people deserving unique workouts and training fitness programs.

Doing it too much and overdoing in fitness

Many people think that more is better and they overdo in fitness training. They never allow the body to recover from the fitness workout and the body can not fully recover from the hard workout thus it breaks the muscle fiber and never succeed in turning fat into muscle due that muscle is never fully recovered due to the lack of recovery time.

Too much talking and socializing

Gym is the place for the workout and not the place to socialize with your private trainer. Use your time in the gym to the maximum you can and do not waste your time nor of your trainer. If you want to socialize schedule your time after workout. But in the gym focus on your body and your training regimen. Gym is not a bar nor a party time. Use your time the best you can to achieve optimum results.

Your training program is too generic

Do not try to implement a workout that is too generic to your body composition. We never encountered the same workout that works for everybody. You are unique person in and out and you deserve the customization of the fitness program that will fit to your body and represent who you are and where are you trying to go.

You are not just a number nor generic body randomly floating around and do not treat is as such. You are a special person with a soul and body. Threat that way!

Your workout is too boring

Many people get bored from the same old stuff and same old exercises. You won’t be enjoying eating pizza all the time over and over again. Body needs a variety of different functional moves to feel satisfied and progress. Doing same old routine in physical training will demotivate your soul and body will follow the old boring pattern where the performance in human sports in never met.

Keep it interesting, change the routine and hit your body from different angles where the soul nor the body will be kept constant but progressing toward bigger cause and where the fitness performance is met.

You mix different types of workouts hoping to get better results

Some people are so insecure and think if they mix weight training with yoga, cycling, Pilates and zumba fitness they will achieve better gains.

But truth is that they do it out of misery, out of not knowing what to do. They brain spin due to lack of knowledge and they do all things out of misery and on the end they have no knowing what they are doing and never get results in training due to lack of professional training and knowledge in athletic training.

You need to stick to what works. Forget the trends, fad workouts and crazy diets. Do what works and what olympic athletes do. They always follow research and proven things and never buy into new trends and new fads in fitness. That’s why they are champions. Half of the game is being smart and not being lured into the fad workouts that do not work but only promising a lot.

Set your fitness goals and keep it measured on regular basis

You need to set your fitness goals with your trainer and keep you accountable to your success. New technology in body composition allows us to accurately measure your progress in training where all can be measured. Keep body composition testing every 3 weeks and assess your body and see if your body fat percentage and body composition is improving towards the success.

Get passionate in fitness

Many people think they are passionate about results in fitness training and you will discover that they lose passion after couple of weeks. Passion is  creation, it comes from the change in body composition where you will notice that your body is changing. Than you will want to do more and achieve more. Otherwise if you do not keep meeting your goals and do not see results you will lose passion about training very fast and notice that the fitness goal was just your imagination, a nice dream once you had and never been able to execute into the reality.

Do not allow yourself to be a fitness failure

Smart people of today do their research. They can know who is real and who is not. We have facebook, twitter and other media that allows us to see who has a great success rate in fitness training and who is able to get you the body you want and deserve. Most people do not do their research and they stick with bellow the average fitness programs and they wonder why they never got results. The failure is found in you. You did unto yourself due to lack of your willingness to find the fitness program that will work for you and your body.

Get rid of commercial fitness mindset

If you ever want to get in shape you will have to exit the commercial fitness blow where they treat you like a number and have no soul. You do not go to big chains franchise restaurant to eat their crap. Why would you accept their fitness menu that will give you a headache? Their trainers are demotivated, underpaid, not appreciated and do not think they will take you seriously. It is all about numbers where the human conscience and human relationship is shut down. Have your ever met their sales guys?
