Most people never reach their fitness goals because they hide in private quarters while they train. That is road to failure. If you want to get in shape and lose fat, show your fat to the world. That is how you overcome every obstacle in fitness. Otherwise you really do not exist. You need to get around the people in the gym who workout on the same goal. Showing some extra pounds is actually cute. Do not hide it. Soon they will be gone!

Many people start to train without even knowing their body type, how many calories they consume at metabolic rest phase and have no clue about their body composition. Most people get excited about losing weight but the truth is they did not burn fat, but muscle. Great bodies are great to look at, but require a hi- tech laboratory to make it. Every year fitness industry lunches new workout programs in order to keep people busy in the gyms. But the truth is, most of them are gimmick that have no scientific evidence nor support. Body is a complex organism involved into the many different functions and assembled out of many millions of neuro cells that at any point fire the reaction to the processes we are involved into the daily life.

Often humans are unaware what is going on beneath the process of the weight loss. Are we aware what is going on while we try to perform exercises with the goal to lose weight?

Do we really know what we are doing or we just  react upon the neuro cells signals. Could it be that we are just reacting upon the neurological mechanism of our mind? Could it be that we are controlled by the neurological mechanism of the human body as reaction to the cutting calories and introduction to the something unfamiliar?  For  an example introducing new workout program with diet regimen is a new thing to the body.

Our human mind guides the whole action in the background. Are you aware that your mind is reacting now upon introduction of the new diet and new training program? Do you know that  neurological reaction has an influence on you and other athletes? It will cause you or them to succeed in training or not.

Various chemicals and hormones within human body control the behavior of the athletes and their performance will be influenced upon those neuro reaction. That is why many people struggle and have problems to control themselves and get organized due to the chemical imbalance that happens upon the introduction to the change in lifestyle behavior as starting of fitness program and new nutritional habits.

Body sometimes produces pain when the people are undergoing to new training and diet regimen just to block the athlete from doing it, as a blockage to the road of the success. Our nerves send impulses to the brain that offer us feeling and demotivate us to stop training and to stop eating healthy as reaction to the new lifestyle change that is seen by our neurological mechanism as the new threat. That is why many people stop training and exercise programs due to the lack of the motivation that is caused by neurological mechanism of the brain. Body wants to protect the status quo and any new change is seen as the threat to the existing situation. There are many ineffective exercises programs on the market today, that sound like fun and effective endorsed by many stars but do they really work or they just want to get you involved into the fitness fad game?

Ask yourself following questions:

- Are those programs backed by research and scientific evidence?

- Are US athletes doing the same to get stronger and get into better shape? Do athletes dance to improve performance and get involved into all kind of fad workouts and fitness trends?

- Who is running those programs? Are those people educated about the body biomechanics and do they know the science?

Training is the science. Just like a medicine. Most people do not know that all great athletes having great coaches and all success in their performance can be contributed to the effective training programs, smart approach in fitness training and the right application of functional training modules.

Most likely the workout program is fad if it is not applied by the US athletic training coaches. Training coaches on US universities and colleges are highly educated and will never apply any of those fad workouts upon their athletes. They run by the science and research and only apply the training programs that are backed by the research and yield results in training.

Everything else is just waste of the time and money. Nobody can afford to be ineffective today. Nobody wants to spend time getting involved into trends but all want results from training.

Thus the performance and results are great and evident. Knowledge is the power that will make your fitness vision become real.

Do we really need muscles? Are we supposed to be strong and train to rebuild muscles?  Why do we get involved in strength training?
The causes of 80% of work related injuries are to be found within the musculoskeletal system:
• Muscular atrophy: muscle that is not used vigorously on a regular base is gradually broken down and lost
• Loss of muscle tissue is causing us to become weak and strength of stabilizing muscles is lost: leading to overloading of the joints, thus the extra pressure is applied upon joints
• Cartilage growing thinner: leading to more frequent joint injury, and we do not want to have weak muscles that will cause chronic pains in joints
• Overuse of remaining muscle fibers: leading to chronic pain

As you can see the weight training is not just good for esthetic look of the body but also for the overall health. Most people do not understand that their muscles without strength training are lost by default and only through training we can rebuild them and make sure that we will be healthy and avoid chronic pain that is associated with weak muscles around joint that stabilize us through daily movement.
