Do not pick up the same training program like everybody else did.

Get real with your self and know where you stand

Write down all your weaknesses and your bad habits and learn them. Know little bit more about yourself. Know your bad side of you and understand that you are not perfect. Start from zero, knowing that you have nothing to lose but all to gain. Realize where you stand and what state your body is in. Once you do that you can only improve on every level and reach higher performance in the gym and regular life.

Measure up your success every few weeks

Along the way, do always every few weeks body composition analysis of your body and your progress made during workouts. Understand the difference between before and now. Even the smallest gains and results achieved in the gym will keep you motivated to achieve higher fitness goals.

Sky is the limit

Many people fail reaching their fitness goals because they can not keep perfection all the time and they stop due to a huge pressure. Understand that there is no pressure. You are doing it to reach your goals and your best potential, your new you, your real you. And because your real you is unfolding the pressure is not existing. Pressure only exist because you want to remain your old you.

Set a deadline for your body transformation

Plan some vacation on the beach, plan to do something with your new physique. Book the trip to the beach already and know that you will have to look good. And now go to the work and knock that extra weight down.

In order to motivate myself I had to register for fitness competition. I had to do something to keep myself moving. I did set a deadline that was kept me focused and I had to do something extraordinary, out of the box to keep myself going and something to look forward to. My trainer Joe DiAngelo helped me overcome every barrier I had and revealed the best in me, the champion that I did not know it exist. He used to tell me your problems zones are your best assets. I laughed at him, but he was right. I did achieved something I never thought it was possible. What is the catch? I did something out of the box, something that no one else did. I had to lose weight and get back in shape and I knew that ordinary workouts wont do the trick. It was the time to break the borders and I did it.

Let’s get real, nobody is going to the gym or training to waste time and energy. We all know that professional athletes do not go to the gym to lose the game but to do the job and accomplish results, to win and advance in sports.

Athletes are training to achieve some results, some higher goal and to reach the higher performance. If they train hard and do not achieve results they are getting discouraged. That is why their trainers can not make any mistakes in training or they will discourage the athletes. Often the bad training modules are applied upon extraordinary athletes and athletes are not progressing due to the lack of ability to design fitness regimen that will successfully accomplish the job.

And when they achieve great performance they are even driven to do more and better.

It is the human nature. We are driven by measurable results, and not by promises. We need to see some indicators of progress or we will lose motivation. Human needs a progress to see, to achieve more and reach higher. Fitness training without measurable results and the evidence of progress is just waste of time. Ineffective workouts can be very easily replaced with effective training methods that produce measurable and visible results.

Often people are fooled with ineffective workouts and bad designed training modules without any scientific evidence or research. Thus the people suffer in performance mentally and physically. Once the agility and the speed of the game is lost, the sports performance and physical fitness suffer due to the wrong application of the training methods that results in slipping and falling to achieve the promised results.

Thus the athletes can not be fooled any more and they have to get a new coach who will assist them with the new training approach to reverse their poor performance. In sports world it happens all the time, coaches, conditioning trainers and performance stuff is exchange on regular basis until the athlete find the one who can perform and deliver measurable results that will be seen and measured on the sports fields.

In fitness world, often people try to act as amateur and threat their performance as couch potato instead to look for the application of advanced fitness methods and functionality modules upon the body of the trainee.

Thus discouragement comes, lack of motivation and excitement about new better tomorrow. Often there is nothing wrong with the trainee but with his training program that is not properly applied and executed. It was not customized upon the athlete, upon his agility, strength and body composition. Thus when the generic version of fitness programme is applied, people often suffer because in generic version there is never the solution, but the failure. And every pro coach will be able to tell you the same.

Generic fitness and averageness of fitness application is not the way to go and attack the body to produce results. The solution is in Escape from Averageness and finding the program that will be properly applied upon the trainee or the athlete with care for many human and athletic components. When all human components are taken in consideration, the averageness of the generic fitness modules is escaped and the right specific training modules is applied with scientific components backed by athletic and sports research.

As we try to depart away from average and generic cookie cutter fitness programs that are applied upon broad public with the less than average measure of achievement, we face the new trend of foolishness in fitness training when the results are not achieved the new fitness fads and training inventions of average housewives are introduced as replacement for being less than average. And now the new trends in fitness is set by less scientific training fitness folklore  and the application of the their fitness religion and theology upon the consumer where the numbers are more important than human dignity. And fitness folklore folks and their training methods finds the way to the homes of people who are already fooled with ineffective training methods because now they are even more hungry for a new solution that will reverse the old bad training methods. And often even worst option is chosen out of the misery and lost of confidence in sports due to the bad application of training modules upon trainee due to the lack of knowledge and education.

But solution is not in escaping into fitness folklore and dancing weight loss solutions but in the scientific application and approach towards fitness and training.

Often even money hungry celebrities will endorse foolish fitness folklore and their methods due to the monetary gain that will results in disadvantage to the average consumer. One day they will notice that after endless dancing classes and endless jumping in the air, the performance and measurable results are not there. One day, one day they will notice that it was just an old fitness fad and ineffective solution. But the new one will be around the corner waiting for some new folks who will be new to the old new game. And the fitness fads game goes on and on…. Into infinity.

Sports and Fitness Training is the science and we all know what happens when the lack of the education is lacking. Than instead of scientific methods, the folklore fitness is applied upon the visitors of the average fitness and health clubs.
