I walked today into pharmacy and saw so many magazines try to cash on New Year resolutions. They have titles like: “Celebrity diet secrets. Look like celebrity. We have their latest celebrities diets.”
Every year same story over and over again.
Every time someone talks about celebrity diets is fooling you and wants to make money of you. They hope you buy magazine and find their “hidden secrets”.
There are no celebrity diets. Just people who follow a good nutrition plan and than they look like a celebrity.
Every time someone talks to you about the stars is not your friend. They just want to trick you into buying something they have no clue about. The real friend tells you that you are a STAR. And not that you could be a star if you buy some products.
