Breakfast is the Most Important Meal of the Day

Breakfast is the meal where most busy people fail.
After 7 or 8 hours of sleep your metabolism has slowed down. Breakfast kick-starts your metabolic rate and creates an instant anabolic environment within the body. To build muscle and burn fat you have to eat breakfast. I usually eat healthy pancakes made from egg whites, whole oats and apple or Frittata made from veggies and egg whites.
After a nights sleep our physiology is in a state of real catabolism. Blood sugar and liver glycogen are low. The most important meals are post-exercise recovery meals and breakfast!
