Mediterranean Healthy Tomato for lunch



Today I made for lunch Stuffed Mediterranean Healthy Tomato.
It is a big tomato stuffed with brown rice, wallnuts, capers and ground chicken. For extra protein I added some grilled chicken breast on the side. This is great tasting meal. Oh my God, I will
eat this meal now almost every day :)

My diet is really good. I am trying to eat only low glycemix foods.
All natural, no preservatives or processed foods at all. Only healthy fats.
