Joe DiAngelo site is one of the most informative I've run across. Lots of interesting articles.
My trainer is adamant about having me choke down a bowl (~1 cup) of oatmeal w/ fresh fruit about 30 mins before my 1-hr training sessions w/ him. Should I add any protein to this? I drink an 11 oz RTD protein shake plus a 29 gm protein bar immediately after the WO. Is there a Joe DiAngelo equivalent in the SF Bay Area?
i do not like the idea of oats before training because oats need a lot of time to digest in your stomach.
