My turkey



This is how looked the turkey in my house this year. It was over 20 lbs.

Turkey is an execellent source of protein. Only bad thing about it that makes you tired and sleepy. It has L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid with a documented sleep inducing effect. How does it happen?
