Some people expect to train in the gym and thats all what they need to do to lose weight.
To lose weight you need more than diet and exercise. You need to change the way you thinking.
With the mind-set that caused you to gain weight, you can not expect that the same mind will solve a problem.
You have to be willing to make changes in your lifestyle and change your thinking process.
