8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION



This is the most recent body transformation I did with my client Aubrey.
It took us 8 full weeks to go from 16% body fat to 7%. Aubrey gained 23 lbs of muscle mass. As you can see on the photo he looks great.

Now his biggest problem is balancing his dating schedule with his workout schedule! He still manages to see his personal trainer!
