Body soul spirit connection and weight loss
There are many diets on the market, exercise programs, diet pills, etc.. But nobody will tell you the deeper truth. The truth beyond the body.
What you are inside will reflect on your look outside. If you are bitter inside do not wonder why u look so unattractive outside. Many people work out their bodies but they forget to workout their minds and get rid of their nasty attitude.
Beautiful body will always have a beautiful spirit inside.
Spirit does manifest itself in the form of your body. We even know that the body is temple of our spirit.
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whomyou have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body," (1 Cor. 6:19-20).
And than many people stop right here.
But there is a more.
Surrender your body to the Lord.
Glorify God in you daily life.
What means surrender your body to the Lord?
It means to get rid of our nasty attitude and become loving like a God.
If we love one another, God dwells in us, and his love is perfected in us. Because he has given us of his Spirit, we know that we dwell in him and he in us. God is love, and he that dwells in love dwells in God, and God in him.
Who do you hate lately?
If you want to get your body on the right track and get in shape, you have to stay in the spirit of love or your exercise program will not work. I am telling you this from my experience as a personal trainer. Nasty minded people never get results from the workout program. Why? Because their spirit is nasty and spirit does manifest itself in the form of the body. Who you are inside, will reflect outside. Nasty spirit have a nasty temples. And beautiful spirits have a beautiful temples.
Keep your mind clean, loving and pure. And so our hearts, the center of our body, must be pure.
Blessed are the clean of heart, for they will see God.
This was my personal view on a body spirit connection.
I do not expect everybody to agree with me. It represents my own belief and opinion. Maybe you have been trying to do it your own way, but maybe now it's time to try God's way of doing things and see what happens.

I definitely agree... I have come to this realization myself. Looks like I'll be contacting Joe for my new training program. He seems to understand what this is really all about...
