How to get a six pack

About 2 weeks ago I posted some of my abs photos. Thanks guys for all compliments but this time I will write an article how to get them. It is not so hard as it looks like.
One thing I really do not like is a thick mid section. Totally looks bad. It will destroy every romantic moment you will ever have. I like a slim sexy look and only to get that look you will have to lose body fat aroud yor mid section.

Many guys have a huge biceps but a huge gut too. They think that's cool. I do not think so. Bodybuilding and fitness is all about symmetry and proportions and not about bulky look.
At the same time I do not like that huge bodybuilder look, looks so unnatural, like genetically altered human bodies.
Like my friend other day said to me I just want to look sexy. That's it. Who cares about huge bloated shoulders, huge bloated arms when you have a big gut hanging.
I am more about lean sexy look. I really do not care about huge muscles and me too just want to look sexy and lean. That's it.
Many people forget about body symmetry.
Let's get back to abs. If you want to get a six pack you will need to have a real good diet that will make you ultra lean. Even the best exercises will not help if you do not have a good diet.
All abs isolation and integration will not work without dieting. All muscle magazines have a huge section about abs and dieting. But to be honest with you most of those diets are a one big joke.
Do not trust magazines. They are mostly false.
If you want to lose stomach fat and see your six pack abs, focus first on your nutrition and lowering your body fat percentage. Once you get to 5% body fat you will see your abs.
Many people try to sell you abs workout routines but none of those will work without a diet. You will end up spending money and on the end you will be frustrated.
Also my friend there is no magic pill. There are no rapid cuts!
Great abs are a sign that a man is in optimal condition, takes care about his health and take pride in his body.
Women are not usually attracted to men with potbellies. Great abs are not so hard to get, but to find a right diet, that's real hard. You may have to consult a personal trainer and nutritionist for advice on the most effective exercises and nutrition program for your individual body type.
