Ketogenics diets: A Dieter's Dilemma

The ketogenic diet is a high fat, adequate protein and low carbohydrate diet. We all know Atkins diet. In bodybuilding and fitness world are very popular two keto diets: cyclic keto diet and targeted keto diet.
But do they work? Are they good for you?

Well let me tell you one thing, those diets are not working in harmony with your body. It is against evolution and human nature. Why? Because your body is not designed to have so much fat and no carbs. Why do I tell this? Because when you start eating again carbs your body will not know what to do with them because your body does not know how to handle carbs and will store them as a fat. When you start eating carbs again you will be fatter than ever.

That's why ketogenics diets are bad choice for losing weight.

What about when you cannot lose weight on a normal carbohydrate diet? The only option is low carb. I was 320 lbs, eating the designated # of calories and it took months to lose just 10lbs. When I went on Atkins, the weight began to move, my body got out of insulin resistance.

By the way, you know that there is no such thing as a no carb diet? Atkins as an example is low carb...but no matter what keto you pursue, you will have some, however small, amount of carbs.
