New Yorkers are most amazing people on planet earth but they always neglect their health. We try to put many excuses in places and avoid to eat healthy, to exercise, to take care about ourselves, to rest and avoid stress.
Avoid excuses and all reasoning why you can't get into shape in 2010.
The greatest amount of wasted time is the time not getting started.
Some people are waiting for miracles to happen in order to take care about themselves. But they forget that God is a God of moving. God only moves, when you move.
Do not try to find a motivation in a New Year. Be like a champion. Be motivation!

5. Use olive oil for all your cooking
6. Eat fish
7. Exercise and keep your weight under control
8. Avoid stress
9. Love yourself. When you do, miracles happen.
10. See life as a fun. Take nothing seriously.
