Fitness and Quitting: Are you a gym quitter?

Are you a gym quitter? If no, how do you avoid being one?

Take control of your body. Believe in yourself and your ability. Ignore those who try to discourage you and try to get you to quit. Avoid negative sources, people, places, things and habits. Don't give up and don't give in.

It is your body. It is your health and it is your destiny.

Scan your body: Healthy Habits for Life

Scan your body with your awareness. Are you experiencing any aches and pains? Any stiffness? Do you feel tired all the time? Sleepy? No energy?

What might your body be trying to tell you about how you are living your life?
We have to listen to our bodies. Do not miss that inner voice of your body.

Take following steps and scan your body:
1. Write down how do you feel today, write down if you have any pains, if you feel tired, bloated or moody?
2. Now analyze what did you find out. Do you feel tired because the way you eat and because you are missing exercise? Mood change can be effected by nutrition and your diet. Analyze your diet.
3. Find out what your body is telling you? What signals your body is sending to you?
For an example if you feel always tired, your nutrition is lacking so much.
4. Decide to change your habits and lifestyle. Focus more on healthy nutrition and exercise.
5. Make no excuses. ("I have no time" - we heard it before)
6. Never go back to your old lifestyle
7. Change begins with the renewing of your mind. Once you get more aware of your body and change the way how you see yourself, you will make a better choices in the future.

You must do something different to get different results.


If you learn to listen your body, you will never need to visit doctor anymore. Nobody knows your body better than you!

Diet success is connected to your action


It's largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go.
You're not finished when you're defeated, you're only finished when you quit exercising and dieting.

The most important quality essential to your diet success is perseverance. It overcomes almost everything, even nature.

You can have a fresh start any time you choose, for "failure" is not in the falling down, but in the staying down. Are you staying down?

It's not over until it's over.

If you've got the courage to stick it out, you'll attain your fitness goal.
Winning isn't everything. Wanting to win is everything.
