Heart disease - the biggest killer

This is our client Melissa, she was before 250 lbs and now she is only 156 lbs. She prevented the heart disease by losing weight.

Did you know that heart disease is the biggest killer of women these
days?

But a startling new research study published in Archives of Internal Medicine revealed how women can reduce their risk by 92%.
Yes, you read correctly; 92%.

First of all the scientists analyzed questionnaires completed by 24,444 women.

• They asked them about their intake of 96 foods.
• They asked about a high intake of vegetables, fruit, whole grains,
fish, and legumes.
• Very moderate alcohol consumption was also a big factor
• Maintaining a healthy weight was critical.
• Being physically active is important.
• And not smoking

Maintaining a strong nutritional foundation in case you miss on the other lifestyle measures is also vitally important.

And research published in British Journal of Nutrition recently supports the taking of a high potency multiple vitamin/mineral as well.

In that study it was noted that supplement users tend to weigh less and experience less hunger. Taking supplements may act as an appetite suppressant, according to the authors.

They also confirmed that it's important to take a vitamin/mineral
tablet if you're trying to keep your weight down, which as we saw
above is absolutely crucial to prevent heart attacks.

Two more important notes:

1. Adequate levels of Vitamin D will help you prevent arthritis pain. People with low levels of the vitamin have worse knee pain and immobility. It has been shown by the way that an alarmingly high percentage of Americans are either vitamin D deficient or have inadequate vitamin D levels.

2. Recent studies have also shown that high Vitamin C intake helps prevent stokes in men and women.

Modern science is now eagerly embracing the enormous potential of everyone taking a high potency multiple vitamin/mineral.

So let's do our part to stop heart attacks today.

Cable crossover

My client Dana Fuchs is on the video, we were preparing her for the role in the movie Across The Universe. She wanted to have a nice tight chest muscles so she looks awesome on camera and she could wear tight dresses. She is here performing cable crossover on this video.

After couple of weeks she looked completely ripped and she looks so sexy on the screen.

She is also a singer and she is singing the song in the background of this video Helter Skelter.

"After trying several trainers over the years and never being satisfied, I found Joe Diangelo. I came to Joe with 6 weeks to get in shape for a leading role in a major motion picture. After the first session, I knew I found the right trainer when he said to me with a smile "I'm not going to train you like a girl". Hallelujah!!
Within only a couple of weeks, there was not only a drastic difference in how I felt, but I could literally see the tone in my arms and legs that I'd been told "tall girls like me don't get". Joe completely dispelled the myth that we are "cursed" with a specific body characteristic that can't be changed. I was certain I would have "thick thighs" forever and after 6 weeks with Joe I lost inches in them and gained muscle tone.
I have since sent several "non gym" types to Joe who are hooked! One friend still sees him regularly after 2 years. I go back and check in as needed because Joe knows just how to motivate me to do what I can't seem to push myself to do on my own. I worked with Joe for almost 2 years and within the first couple of months I went from being able to do 1 girlie push up to 30 real push ups. Can't wait to finish traveling and go back!
Joe Rocks!" -- Dana Fuchs

Few of my abs photos uncensored

Today in the locker room I took few photos of my abs with my phone. I always post here photos of my clients but today I share some of my photos. This is uncensored. I do not use make up, touch ups, or any of those things many people in fitness industry use to manipulate photo so they appear to look better.

This is just me how I am. As raw as it can be.

Well I am not happy yet with my abs, but I am working on it. In 4 more weeks I will be there where I want to be. My current body fat % is 4%.

Need help with a training and nutrition?

Do you need a help with training and your diet?

IF AT FIRST YOU DON'T SUCEED IN FITNESS, TRY, TRY AGAIN

You're not finished when you're defeated,
you're only finished when you quit.
The most important quality essential to fitness success is perseverance.
It overcomes almost everything, even nature.

Winning isn't everything, but wanting to is.
Fitness success is connected with continuous action.
It's largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go.

You can have a fresh start any time you choose, for your "failure" is not in the falling down, but in the staying down. It's not over until it's over.

If you've got the courage to stick it out, you can win.
