I just came back from Musclemania in Miami. Our team did a fantastic job. We won 2 trophies. Musclemania this year had more than 500 athletes from all over the world.

Team Joe DiAngelo wins Muslemania Universe Championships in Miami

Team Workout Loft from New York led by trainer Joe DiAngelo won 2 bodybuilding titles this weekend in Miami.

Alejandro Quiroga is a new 2008 Musclemania World Universe Champion (lightweight 1st place - novice) and Claudine Noelle won the third place in bodybuilding (lightweight category).

Team Workout Loft is one of the most successful teams at Musclemania Universe Weekend this year. We are heading back home to New York with two trophies and two Musclemania champions.

The Universe Weekend was the largest in its history with nearly 500 fitness athlete and sports model contestants from around the world!

The Musclemania Natural Bodybuilding Championships is the world’s most-publicized drug-tested contest.

Musclemania World Championships is a natural bodybuilding event, at the discretion of each event promoter, the Top 5 Finalists in each Division or Weight Class are subject to a drug test by urinalysis and/or polygraph methods immediately following their performance at the Finals.

Musclemania Universe Championships

Team Joe DiAngelo from New York is preparing for Musclemania Universe Championships in Miami June 20-21. We are entering the show with two competitors. It is a funny thing that the location of the show is just few blocks away from my parents house in Miami. So actually I will be feeling just like at home.

The Universe Weekend will be the largest in its history with nearly 500 fitness athlete and sports model contestants from around the world! Pros, veterans, amateurs and beginners will all compete and be part in making the show an exciting weekend of fitness action. Plus major companies like Champion Nutrition, Dymatize, VPX, the hottest sports apparel brands and many others will be exhibiting and sponsor all of the activities.

And, the fitness media has noticed - Oxygen, Fitness Rx, Reps, Natural Muscle and many more plus over 40 international fitness magazines and so many more will be attending and shooting the show and/or scouting for new talent. And, with the Universe comes talent agencies and casting agents, talent scouts and press photographers. Of course, television - what would our events be without it. Once again, this year ESPN International, TSN Canada, SKY Sports UK, ESPN Dos Mexico, ESPN Latin America, iSport Japan, Pogo India, Sport 1 Russia and many more networks will broadcast highlights of this exciting fitness weekend! Plus, a live webcast will be available for fans around the world.
