![]() After 22 training sessions (7 weeks) with Joe, Mia lost 20 lbs and decreased body fat from 33% to 15%. "I first met Joe a year ago, weighing close to 160 lbs and wearing a size 10 and really no muscle tone or shape. While I didn't look obese, clinically I was, with a body mass index of 36.5%. "Joe" is my angel. For so long I had tried everything, every diet every work out routine always feeling I was not getting it. Everyone I talk to bases there game plan for building muscle on what works for them. Thats where Joe comes in. He tailors everything to you specifically. I ask you where else are you going to find someone who will do this for you? I dont know of many. And let me say that he know his stuff. From work out routines to your diet to the supplements you need to take it is all based on what exactly you want to do with your body and where you want to take it. He helps you to make it happen. I have amazingly without the use of steroids which I of course do not judge the use of. I have used them myself in the distant past. But for me I wanted a way to pack on maximum muscle and be as ripped as possible without loosing that plump roundedness to the muscle.
