Attainable goals: This weight loss will be attainable if we focus on training and nutrition. We define exactly what it takes to attain the personal fitness goals. Relevant goals: We separate what is important from what is irrelevant, or a distraction. We define every important step during training period and eliminate all distraction. Time-bound goals: We set time-frame.
